ანოტაცია: Even though „green ideas“ are gaining increasing popularity in Georgia, research and academic enquiry into the history of these ideas is almost non-existent. This is a shame, given that redearch into nature, the development of the natural sciences and the creation of national parks and recreational spaces is an integral part, not only of the work of Georgian scientists and public figures, but also of the ongoing dialogue between Georgia and Europe.
